Plan suspended but paid

i placed $80 dollars on my phone on April 11th plan only cost $64 and has worked fine for the last few days. I woke up this morning and my account has been suspended and shouldnt be until may 10th . Also unable to contact community moderator ...please help

Common reported issue right now, hopefully PM is on it.

Suggest you message a MOD directly just to ensure you are in queue for help...
