Unrecognized Outgoing Call on Usage History

Usage History show that couple minutes ago I perfomed Outgoing Call to Ontario 7057804001 which I didn't.
I have plan with Unlimited Provincial Talk.
I don't see any charges on the right side of report (see attached below).
But what should I do next?
Maybe somebody hacked my line?

It is the voicemail number for Koodo/PM. When someone calls you it shows it as an outgoing call when it forwards it to your voicemail.

That is truly a strange way to show voicemail time. Does it count towards usage?

Yes, If you are on a limited plan, the voicemail access will count towards minutes.

From what i have read 🙂
