Yes,

PM customers with a Moto G have been receiving the upgrade to 5.0.2 since the beginning of last week.

cause my phone is prepaid from telus and i use on PM

Hello again,

Go to Settings ... About Phone ... System Updates. The upgrade is OTA.

Before doing the above, turn your phone off and then back on. Ensure that it is at least 50% charged, as the upgrading process takes, in some cases, 30 minutes. Try to use Wi-Fi as the upgrading is data-intensive.

i was missing the last version of Motorola Update Services in my phone

after that i did wath you said and got the lollipop
