      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, yesterday I activated a new sim and ported my wife’s number under new account. She is not able to receive any call. All calls are going to voicemail. It’s been 12 hours now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you need to change the phone settings to 3G only.&amp;nbsp; Then make a call.&amp;nbsp; Then after it's working you can switch it to LTE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to happen on some Android phones on Telus' network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
