      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just ported my new number yesterday and i can't seem to recieve any incming calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a text message that said "We're having difficulties procesing your request to move to public mobile."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, keep using the service from your old cell phone service provider.&amp;nbsp; All your incoming calls will still be going there until the phone number transfer is complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
