      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try and add credit manually and then re-activate your plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Autopay only works when your service is not suspended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
