      <description>&lt;P&gt;I missed my due date still shows active status added funds to my account, how do I get it to change the date to today instead of May 8&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is pre-pay so your service would have been suspended and the phone not working if there was no new payment. Once you made a new payment and reactivated then the date should have changed to the new payment. Can you post a screenshot of your account overview and payment history in self serve but remove your personal details&lt;/P&gt;</description>
