hey. i pay 40 per month which is suppossed to give me 4.5 gb of data, however, i keep running out of data after 2.5 gb

any help woud be appreciated ???

What is telling you you're running out of data? Do you get a text from here saying you're at 75 or 95 %? If not then your phone is telling you erroneous information. The counter on your self-serve overview page is the one that matters.

Sign up yourself or at store? Sounds like plan builder was used and wrong plan activated. Canada-wide, internation texts, and 2Gb + 500MB bonus at 3g speed is $40 if you take plan from there.

If store did that, send private mesaage to Moderator_Team and ask for correction. If you did yourself, future date plan change to ready-made $40 plan that includes 5GB on Autopay.
