      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason, a couple of weeks ago my account got deleted. There was nothing wrong with the payment method. I tried to set it up again and it looks like I did. The credit I had for referring someone is gone. The cancellation left me without service while I was away from home which was very inconvenient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When we try to call the Public Mobile operator interrupts and tells us we do not have talk on our plan.
