Your account needs a password reset with the help of a moderator. Click this Moderator_Team link to send a private message for assistance. Include as much of the following info as possible: phone number, PIN number, date of birth, address, and e-mail address.

Yes, unfortunately, you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation.
