Hi,

got a new Amex card and payment won’t go through. Suggestions ?

@CE, Not sure I understand. Are you trying to update the CC on file in your account?

Card on file updated. When I click make a payment it gives me the generic can’t chatge card error.

I think they don't accept AMEX credit cards

AMEX is allowed just seems bug prone. Try again after clearing your browser's cache, turning off ad blocker, and/or using incognito mode.
