On average, how often new plans are added and changes are made to existing plans? I do see there are some new plans in this year.

There's no set formula. I guess it all depends on what the competition is offering. Best thing is to keep checking the announcements.

Plan changes seem to happen all the time. Promos come and go. The important thing is that if you select a plan, you can keep it even if the promo disappears. My suggestion to everyone is to keep and eye on the site and grab a good promo when it appears and hang onto it.
