When I try to activate it keeps giving me an error code and will not let me continue past second page. It refers to phone error?

@SkcudymTry using the Chrome browser in incognito mode and clearing your browser cache. If you have tried a few times you may need to wait an hour before trying again.

Right at the top of the 2 cond page, I get that message and can't move on even after I filled in all the rest of the info.

Hopefully you are using a computer to do the activation. Can you try using another browser? If no, clear your cache restart your computer and try again.
