      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently topped up, now can not make or receive calls, also when making calls, get recording saying I am not signed up for long distance. Was working fine until minutes expired and topped up...angry!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Waiting time is few hours to 2 days. Be patient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you simply see the amount you paid in, in your Available Funds sitting there wondering what to do with itself?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could use some of that amount to buy the 200 minute add-on and be able to call again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But all this is speculating on you being on the $10 or $15 plans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
