topic US Roaming in Get Support

I paid $20 for the 10day roaming in the USA before I left Canada. I also kept the phone on airplane mode during travel to conserve my plan. I didn't go over my limit but was charged another $20 while I was away and then my canadian plan just stopped working by the time I returned. Dose anyone have experience with this?

I believe that one of the moderators has said that this usually clears up automatically within 24 hours. Are calls and data also not working properly?
