    <description>&lt;P&gt;Created an account a month ago.&lt;BR /&gt;Had no issues all month with data/phone/texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Service stopped today, and site says my e-mail and account doesn't exist..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Haven't logged into it since creating it, but I have had no issues either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Auto-billing was set to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have recieved promotional e-mails to the to the account e-mail a few times over the last month, so it's the correct one on file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
