    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi PM Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently on the $40/4GB plan (eligible for the 6GB/$40 Koodo deal). I have an upcoming internship internationally&amp;nbsp;for 4 months where I won't be using my PM service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see that I can disable autopay and suspend my account for 89 days while I am in the States to avoid paying for service when I don't need it. What I am wondering is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Is there a way to suspend the service without disabling autopay and losing that reward for that month?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Will this affect my loyalty calculation? (Since my account will be suspended will this reset my loyalty to 0)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Congrats on internship .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only way to let a plan expire is to disable autopay&amp;nbsp; and lose the $6 reward&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have 90 days to renew else plan and number vanish&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes your loyalty will/should&amp;nbsp; be delayed by the time account is inactive&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If switching to koodo you pay 40$/ month&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5556"&gt;@stanley&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12825"&gt;@mimmo&lt;/a&gt;'s excellent response above, if you were to accept the migration offer to Koodo, you may be able to call 611 and have your account placed on seasonal hold which is $15/month.&amp;nbsp; Do clarify with them that you will be allowed to go back to your special plan when you come back from seasonal hold.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Staying with PM, best way forward would be to disable autopay and let the account expire and get suspended.&amp;nbsp; Just make sure you reactivate before 90 days.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
