Just got a sim card actavated yestuday and in my tablet dual sim it won't gain single but in a phone connects right away without restarting the phone I've restarted the tablet about 20 times the past two days

As far as I know yes but nothing seems to find my imei numbers when I try them in any of the forms

If your sim is working in your phone but not in your tablet it's something with your tablet...Did you use it with a different company before?

Imei not found there se78 I'm 99% sure but im certain it had the range of 4g at least before I bought it

Ok the tablet can't read your sim? If it's the problem you need to verify first the compatibility of the tablet with public mobile...

PM's network frequencies are:

4G LTE and LTE Advanced: 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1900 MHz and 2100 MHz downlink with 1700 MHz uplink (AWS).
HSPA: 850 MHz, 1900 MHz (UMTS).
