Does the phone still show you are connected to the Public Mobile network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try turning on airplane mode, wait 30 seconds, turn it off, then restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hmm another trick you could try is the lost/stolen phone trick to re-provision your plan features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Login to your self-serve account.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Report your phone lost/stolen using 'Plan and Add-Ons' --&amp;gt; 'Lost/Stolen Phone'&lt;BR /&gt;3. Log off&lt;BR /&gt;4. Wait 5 minutes and login again&lt;BR /&gt;5. Report your phone found.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Re-start you phone to enable all features of your plan again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;This will not blacklist your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If $10 or $15 do you have minutes/texts remaining?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
