The date for my autopay was March 5th but I unfortunately didn't realize my CC didn't have the available funds so the autopay didn't go through.

Today March 7th I've added necessary funds to my account through vouchers (balance showing is sufficient to cover my plan cost), but I don't see a way to apply those funds to reactivate the account.

When I click Reactivate account it takes me to the screen where I can make a credit card payment, or add more vouchers.

Am I missing something?

Thanks.

@Mana Try this:

1. login to your account, confirm you have Available Funds from your vouchers, click Change Plan, pick your plan and click activate now, logout

2. wait a few minutes, reboot your phone and check for service

Of course, this will not work if you have a grandfathered plan.

If that fails send a private message as suggested already. DO NOT PAY AGAIN.
