      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer for a while- but I needed a new SIM card (the previous one was destroyed) I ordered it from my acct but I guess it&amp;nbsp; needs to be activated. When I tried to activate it it says that email and number already exists - which is good cuz there are loyalty $ and prepaid funds on the acct&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will find this option on the overview page once you login. Do not create/activate another account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
