Tip: After contacting the mod, while waiting for the port to complete keep using your Koodo SIM card to make/receive calls. Once your phone stops working it means that the port is 100% complete then switch to Public Mobile SIM and all should be good to go.

I sent a message to them more than one hour but no reply.

I activated a tmprorarynumber as the activation process asked me for that

The moderators are working through a queue of messages; if you haven't heard back yet, it's because they are helping other subscribers. They will eventually be in contact with you.

Moderator hours:

Weekdays 8am to 12am

Weekends 8am to 10pm (eastern time)
