      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/219957"&gt;@Jul1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - are you a new or existing customer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was it working previously and this just happened all of a sudden?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try one or more of the below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*&lt;STRONG&gt;removing&lt;/STRONG&gt; your &lt;STRONG&gt;SIM&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then reinserting it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*go into &lt;STRONG&gt;airplane&lt;/STRONG&gt; mode, then going back to regular mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*&lt;STRONG&gt;reset&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;network&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*put a different working SIM into your phone, does it work? This will find out if the phone is an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*put your SIM into another working phone to see if the same thing happens - if so then perhaps a SIM card/account issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/219957"&gt;@Jul1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do you have this issue with all calls or just one or two&amp;nbsp; calls?&amp;nbsp; This usually is an issue with receiving end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you done the regular test step yet?&amp;nbsp; Try calling other numbers Reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp; Put the SIM in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/219957"&gt;@Jul1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How about when you receive a call?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I presume you turned OFF Bluetooth; the sound may be transmitting to a Bluetooth device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also make sure volume is not down or muted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using external headphones to plug into jack (if equipped) to see if audio can be heard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
