    <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan was just suspended as I did not top up in time. Upon topping up and reactivating my account, which I have done many times before without a problem, every number I try it says " sorry we can not place your call, you do not have an account long distance add on ....". I have the $30 Canada wide plan and am only calling within Canada. Texts are also not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data is working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Next, try going into your account, report your phone as lost/stole, log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and report it found.
