      <title>unable to access data brand new to PM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, My husband today was set up on PM and has a new phone number etc.. (he did not transfer a number) we are good to go on the $40 plan that has 5GB of data on the 3G. He can recieve and make calls and texts and can log on to our home wifi. He has not been able to&amp;nbsp; cannot sign on to public wifi nor use/access his data at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When he tries to use his data the message is "Public Mobile is unavailable."
