      <title>Can’t access account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Public Mobile phone number and it works fine. However, I can’t log into my account to check it because I get a message saying Public Mobile doesn’t &amp;nbsp;recognize my email address. &amp;nbsp;However, I have received emails from Public Mobile &amp;nbsp;at that very email address recognizing me as an account holder! &amp;nbsp;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
