      <title>Cannot connect to mobile data.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone is an LG XPower. Phone works fine for calls and text as lon as there is no picture in the text. I followed apn setting instructions from the help bot but to no avail. Anyone got any suggestions? Is there a place to take the phone to make sure all of the settings are correct. This phone was on Telus previously and their people unlocked it for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that doesn't work, you might have to do network or factory reset as some LG phones requires. Make sure to back up everything if reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try to reset the APN settings to default?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the APN settings menu sellect the 3 dots and&amp;nbsp; reset to default.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you may have to add a new Public Mobile APN entry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
