Why did i get charged for calling in when i never got to talk to anyone as i waited 35 mins and lost connection whats up with that i want my money back?

Unless you are a legacy/pioneer plan not sure who you called as PM does not have phone support.

This is a prepaid service. There's no way to be charged for usage. Purchased usage can be consumed.
