@Dgraziani, when you say 3G does not work, are you referring to the phone behavior when you select preferred network type to 3G instead of LTE preferred? Please take a look at the APN settings. Quite often the phone software may not be able to distinguish Koodo and Public Mobile APNs. If both are available, they will all show and you have to manually select the Public Mobile APN which is the one with sp.mb.com.

After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on the PM network.

Some models of iPhones do not allow you to manually update your APNs. If this is your case, using your mobile phone, visit here. This will automatically download the required APNs in your phone settings.

If you have an LG phone and you still aren’t able to use your data after all of this, we suggest doing a factory reset of your phone.

If your plan includes data, don’t forget to enable data on your phone.
Turn your phone off and then back on. This quick refresh will help your phone deal with all the changes that have taken place.
