HOW TO UNLOCK THE ACOUNT,BECAUSE INPUT THE PASSWORD MANY TIMES COURSE TO LOCK.....AND FORGET THE PASSWORD CAN NOT RESET AND SHOW THE MESSAGE "SORRY,ACCOUNT LOCKED OUT"

If you are certain that your password is correct, it could be as simple as waiting the one hour lock-out period before making another attempt. I've done it a bunch of times myself when I didn't realize that my index fingers weren't correctly resting on top of the F and J keys of the keyboard properly until after I locked myself out.

I'm also going to suggest you check to make sure you haven't mixed up the account password with the forum password. Been there, done that.
