I allowed a lapse in service to occur, needing only a fee dollars to renew, I topped up and waited a couple days to start service... I went to do so today, removing my airplane mode and assuming my plan would autorenew... It seems I was in error. It seems a data add-on was purchased (PayPerUse) while logging into my PublicMobile Acct, to check on my remaining balance...

The only data used was on PublicMobile servers and I am requesting a 5.xx mb rollback/refund and to apply my balance to my previous choosen plan.

Thank you.

@Wanderer, I am totally puzzled by what you are saying. You said you let the service lapse which in my books means allowing the account to go into suspension because payment was not made on the due date. Then you went into the account and topped up hoping the service would auto renew. But due to user error, a data add-on was purchased instead. And now you want a refund for the add-on so you can apply the money to account renewal instead. If this is the case, contact the moderator team and explain it to them. They will be able to assist you. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.

http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452

Thank you all for your earnest replies lol apon further review (my glasses, a larger screen, and a helpful teenager), I have found my folly... Apon topping up some days ago my plan did auto renew and when looking at my overview I mistook one thing for another and do apologize!

Thank you all 🙂
