My Friends referrals disappeared!!! Technical issue

All of my friends referrals disappeared; i called my friends and all of them still active users, one of them renewed his 120$ plan twoo werks ago, another one on the 30 days plan !!!

Is PM willing to delete the referral system 😞 ?

OUCH. Hopefully a moderator can repair it. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, the referral phone numbers if you have them, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:00PM (ET).

Happened to others before it's a glitch. PM the @CS_Agent and ask for help

After two weeks, and I sent dm to Mod

Mod replied that they issued a technical ticket.

Nothing happened until yesterday.

Why there is a technical issue of removing credits but there is no such techincal issues which adds credit??

Why after two week and it is not solved?

Shaddy behaviour by PM or might they are trying to end the referrals program.

Their bad behaviour forced me to leave PM; I left PM today to Koodo. :@

I switched over yesterday in store as well.

Sad to leave PM, but the offer from Koodo was just too good to pass up.

With all the points/gift card deals this weekend, it was an offer I could not refuse.
