I'm trying to to this online myself and I'm have a lot of problems

1) it would not let me use my email that I wanted to

2) I've tried changing my password to work at least 15 times and nothing works.

Please help

@Leeanne Can you give more details, what is the error, does it give an error?

Are you trying to use the password reset form?

Are you opening a new account, do you have an existing account? Is that account active? Is it your password for self serve, community or?

Can you try the following to try and find out where the issue might be:

Try registering on another computer or browser that's up-to-date (to rule out that it's a problem with your browser or computer)
Try registering under a different email (to see if it's a problem with the particular email you want or all emails)
For the password, try some really random numbers and letters (to rule out that it's a problem with password requirements)

Are you attempting to register somewhere other than here?

Have you already created an account? Are you trying to change a password for an existing account?

1. If you previously used that email address; they you still have an account. Try using the password reset option.

2. If this is the password reset option; you maybe running into a browser issue. Try Google Chrom in Incognito Mode. (instructions on how to start in incognito mode here: https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/how-to-use-incognito-windows-in-chrome

Also your password should be a mixture of upper/lower case & numbers (weak passwords are rejected).
