      <title>Ordered SIM card, never heard from Public Mobile again...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As per the subject title, I ordered a SIM card last week, paid for it, received a confirmation email, (which is oddly missing any type of confirmation number!) and have not heard anything more since then. So my first question... is it normal for a confirmation email to not include a confirmation number? Secondly, should I not be receiving a follow-up message when the card is shipped? And lastly, how long should it take from the time I place the order, to the time it gets shipped out? So I'm a little concerned that something screwed up when I ordered the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried using the chat function in an attempt to get some answers, but that failed miserably. When I tried to enter my email address when asked to, it wouldn't work and kept asking me to enter it again and again.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80003"&gt;@camperbc&lt;/a&gt;, IIRC two emails are issued when an online SIM order is placed.&amp;nbsp; The first email acknowledges the order and the second email acknowledges shipping.&amp;nbsp; There is ususally a one to two day separation between the two notifications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
