Missing Sim - how do i get a replacement

We recently sent our daughters phone for repair, whilst there they lost the Sim card - how do i get another sim that will be attached to the same phone number and account details?

Just get a new SIM wherever is most convvenient then login to her account and click Change SIM. That will take care of it. Click "Get a SIM" here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started. If you happen to be near Mississauga west send me a private message; I have a spare you may have.

While you're waiting, it's likely best to login to her account now and click Lost/Stolen SIM. Suspend service on the lost SIM so her data doesn't get used up by a stranger. Thankfully there can be no overages even if you don't do this.

try walmart (call ahead becasuse it seems they might now only be selling sims with an activtion)
