      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having some trouble. I just got the plan today, as well as joined PM for the first time and I'm unable to send or receive picture texts. Mind you, this is my first time being able to send pictures ( I was not able to with my previous provider).&amp;nbsp; Is there something in my settings I need to look over for this to happen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to configure (Or re-configure even if you have already configured before) your APN settings to be able to send pictures (&lt;STRONG&gt;MMS&lt;/STRONG&gt;) and navigate on internet (&lt;STRONG&gt;DATA&lt;/STRONG&gt;). You can disable data if you don't need it afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Remember with picture/MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), you need "Mobile" data; wifi data alone does not work for MMS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
