      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i look at my transaction, it doesnt look like i was charged (im on auto pay) for calls and texts and it call and texts are not going through my phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please have a look at my account 100000xxxxxxx asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
