      <title>Paid for US roaming bundle...doesn't work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paid for the US roaming bundle.&amp;nbsp; Shows I've paid twice.&amp;nbsp; Wanted only one bundle.&amp;nbsp; Nothing works.&amp;nbsp; This has happened to me once before.&amp;nbsp; Tried dialing *611 and getting "experiencing technical difficulties.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What now PM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80098"&gt;@sgk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; - Do you see the US roaming add on in your self serve portal?&amp;nbsp; If you paid twice, you should still have an account credit for the second one.&amp;nbsp; Also, is your network set to automatic?&amp;nbsp; If you locked into PM network, you must switch to automatic, or manually select one of the PM partners (AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems that you have to fund your account prior to adding the bundle even though the process let you choose the add-on and them pay.&amp;nbsp; Probably should make this clearer on the website to avoid confusion.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
