      <description>&lt;P&gt;Purchase a new sim card and &lt;STRIKE&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;port the old numbe&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;r. As the lost sim card is still active, it shouldn't be an issue keeping your old number.&amp;nbsp; Additionally, &lt;STRIKE&gt;when you port your old number&lt;/STRIKE&gt; the other sim won't be tied to a number anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Incorrect info struck through - Luddite]&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click the Forgot your password? link just in the vicinity of the login for My Account. It should ask you for the email address (the one you used to sign up). It will ask you to answer your own security question. Then in a short period of time it should send you a reset password email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it works &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; It's been known to not work for some.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might also want to try a different browser or clear cache/cookies or even incognito/privacy mode and then try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
