      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are your phones locked to the Telus network? If they are locked on a different network, then Public Mobile will not be able to unlock it. You will need to contact the carrier to which your phone is locked to in order to get it unlocked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
