Call forwarding is included with all talk unlimited talk packages, to another Canadian number.

The limited plans with talk can use it, but it will take minutes, and you will need LD minutes available to use it if you rely on forwarding to a number different than your voicemail box.

Province-wide plans can forward to a number in the same province the cell phone is connected (ie Ontario number on Cell in BC, to a BC number); with LD addon, can forward to any Canadian number.
