You could use the extra payment for the following month. Generally, there are no refunds in Public Mobile.

You could try to contact moderator with your situation.

Whos mistake? Your mistake or Public? If Public's mistake, contact Moderator_Team. If your mistake, don't expect anything and use the payment for next month.

In general credit card refunds take alot of hassle

As others pointed out its far easier to leave funds in account for your next month
