    <description>&lt;P&gt;my son lost his cell phone. I never registered online. I am creating an account to access lost phone. after it ask for the cell number it sent a 6 digit code to the lost cell phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They haven't registered, and their phone is gone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
