If Koodo prepaid then you'll need @Moderator_Team assistance.

If Koodo postpaid then it should work.

Unless maybe the phone even came from PC Mobile.

All of the former PC Mobile customers who were converted over to Koodo were on postpaid. The prepaid PC Mobile customers are on Bell, so PC Mobile should not be an issue do to a number port within self-serve.

The end of this thread indicates that the problem was a PC Mobile postpaid moved over to Koodo postpaid had some problem that the moderators fixed.

This is me, was with PC mobile postpaid, transfered to Koodo postpaid. Cannot port my number. How then do I get in touch with a moderator? Thanks.
