I have been using the autopay service since I started using Public Mobile due to the savings it gives me. However, it stopped working now.

I suspect this is because I renewed my creditcard because it has expired.

But I could not find out how to change my creditcard information since it was not located in the my profile information.

Please help because it says that my plan has expired.

I wished to continue using the same plan as well as using the autopay system.

thank you

@mjuwono, you can change the credit card in the account by clicking on the payment tab from the overview screen. At the bottom of the payment screen, there is an option to "manage my card". Click on that link to bring up the screen to update the credit card information. Once that is done, you can reactivate the account by adding the required funds to the account and applying the funds to payment.
