      <title>Autopay didn't work, now you won't process my card</title>

      <description>I have autopay. For whatever reason, my Feb 11 autopay was rejected. I have now updated my card details (it didn't change, but I did so out of an abundance of caution), but now your system won't process the payment.</description>
