I registered the $0 plan yesterday. I also refered my friend and got $10 credit. But why I did not see anything eles in my rewards ($1 deduction, $2 AutoPay, and $1 Loyalty). I also set up AutoPay. Could anybody explain for me? Thank you

$0 is not a plan, there is nothing to apply the rewards to. (I'm actually surprised that it the system let you activate without choosing a base plan. You need at least the $10 50minutes/50texts plan.

Edit: Loyalty rewards only kick in after a full year of being a Public Mobile customer.

The credit for the second 30 days of service will be deposited within a few days. (one document provided by Public Mobile said within 72 hours, while another said within 5 days)

Either way, account credits aren't classified as "rewards" by Public Mobile. The promotional credits get added directly to your account balance.

@Henry211 Please elaborate what you mean by $0 plan as there is no such thing. Do you mean you activate with the get the next renewal for $0? If yes, you will see the credit later. ~~But then you also said you see $1 loyalty rewards. This tells me that you are not a new customer. This is a bit confusing.~~ So please provide more info so we can help.

EDIT: Sorry, i misunderstood you. You don't see thos rewards. If you enabled AutoPay, you should see $2 AutoPay rewards under My Rewards page. If you don't, double check you have enabled AutoPay.

The reward of $2 Autopay will be shown after few days after your payment cycle. Your friend referral will be added to your reward each month as long as your friend is still with PM. Loyalty reward will be given after 1 year. (https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/the-loyalty-reward)
