Hi guys.

I'm here for a short term stay (3 months) and I need a mobile plan. This afternoon I went to all major service providers (Bell, Virgin, Kudoo, Fido etc..) and I can't get a sim card from them because I don't have a Canadian credit card (I have a foriegn credit card tho). So I wonder whether I need Canadian credit card to activate the plan on Public Mobile or not. I don't want to waste $10 just to find out it can work because I don't have a Canadian credit card. If anyone know the answer please tell me. Thank you.

@Billy9689 PM sim cards can be found at Walmart/Wow mobile/K mobile or online. So as long as you are able to pay at Walmart or online using paypal, you can get the sim easily. To pay for the plan, if your cc doesn't work, you can buy PM vouchers from local stores like SDM or Canadian tire.
