      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I tried to recharg my account. Money was deducted and approved by my bank three times. However i kept getting sms that it was declined by bank. What can i do? i called my bank and they said everything was ok and approved on there side.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
