      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to make my monthly payment but am unable to do so (my montly service expires tomorrow). Each time I attempt to make a payment, I receive a message saying that I have enough balance. However, my current balance is $0.00. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/40812"&gt;@tsirota&lt;/a&gt;, I take it you are trying to pay with the credit card on file?&amp;nbsp; How about trying with a different browser, clearing browser cache, using incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps if there is a credit card on file in the account, enable auto pay and let the system do the heavy lifting and earn some rewards in the process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
